Our Roots Yoga class is a style of yoga that is highly complimentary to martial arts. Roots Yoga is a tool we use to accelerate progress with flexibility and Rooting your posture.
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Pilates is also helpful in preventing and rehabilitating from injuries, and improving posture.
Personal training will be an engaging session with the client, where the trainer will assess the client's needs and encourage them to successfully meet their goals in the healthiest way possible. Our clients will quickly gain progress physically and mentally.
Our fight Camp class is a high energy class that is predicated on drills and exercises associated with boxing and kickboxing.
Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday - 5:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Starting training with Robert and Vanessa over a month ago!! They are beyond amazing!!! The gym has such a good vibe..... it's intimate, private, clean, and has a peacefulness to it!!! Already seeing amazing results!! Tried some of the classes and very impressed with the style of training......Highly recommended
